Fortify Geotech’s Brisbane team recently completed a geotechnical investigation and instability risk assessment at a residential site in Cedardell Court, Closeburn. Set in a scenic, sloping landscape, the property features an existing shed and is the proposed location for a new residence.

Led by geotechnical engineers Hermann Retief and Seth Macute, the investigation focused on evaluating ground conditions, slope stability, and any geotechnical risks that could affect future development. Their findings provide essential insights to guide the design and construction process and help ensure safe, stable, and sustainable building outcomes.
